A few kilometers away from Spoleto, in the heart of green Umbria, on the top of a hill overlooking (with an unforgettable 360° view)  the surrounding landscape with views of Assisi, Montefalco, Spello and the nearby Spoleto. Villa Pianciani is an elegant historical residence of the late eighteenth century, work of the famous architect Giuseppe Valadier. It’s in fact part of a monumental complex that includes several buildings and a large historical park.

This is the location chosen by Marco and Chiara to celebrate their rustic wedding in umbria. We fell in love with this place as soon as we’ve been there for the filming of the preparations. The atmosphere was relaxed and joyful, with friends, relatives and babies all around the villa. It was a pleasure to capture the events as they happened during the day.

We’ve been to an ancient and cozy church in the nearby for the vows, and near the villa for some “portraits” shots. The receiving was fun and with an unexpected dance in which the protagonist was a hen!
